Adventures in Cooking
While scrounging around the fridge for food (blatantly ignoring leftover beef stroganoff from the night before) I grabbed two kinds of zucchini and garlic. Cooking experiment #3
Attempted to make cupcakes with Raspberry Cream Cheese frosting. I used lemon instead of vanilla cupcakes and strawberry instead of raspberry for the frosting. Turned out pretty well I think. The only problem I had was that in the frosting the cream cheese flavor seemed to over take the strawberry flavor. Also, the recipe has you put in wayyyyyyyyyy too much sugar then is necessary.

Garlic Eggs Poached in Olive Oil:
A shit-load of olive oil
garlic (chopped into itty bits)
