Cooking Experiment #2

Second attempt at scavenging through my refrigerator and creating a delicious meal. And it includes eggs…again.

Garlic Eggs Poached in Olive Oil:

A shit-load of olive oil

garlic (chopped into itty bits)

eggs

salt n pepper

Pour crap load of olive oil into a skillet.  Let heat for awhile.  Add garlic.  Make sure to watch.  Garlic burns fast!

Add eggs and cook til done.  Now I’ve been having trouble getting the eggs to slide off the pan after wards…I’m going to try to fix that soon.

Eat with toast :)
