Adventures in Cooking

While scrounging around the fridge for food (blatantly ignoring leftover beef stroganoff from the night before) I grabbed two kinds of zucchini and garlic.  Some slicing, a fry pan, and a shit ton of olive oil later and I had a delicious nutritious meal.  I’m not a big fan of zucchini, so I cook the crap out of it and use strong flavors, but its cheap and lasts about 3x longer than cucumbers.  And yes, I do know that from experience.  For future reference, cucumbers mold after about a week.  Makes a case for pickles, doesn’t it?

Lessons learned from being a college student: anything can be turned into something edible, though I would advise to stay away from the lettuce that might be moldering away in the bottom of the fridge vegetable drawer (Yes its there, don’t bother to check, you know its true).
